NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
FRONTERRA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Fronterra Community Development District (the “District”) will hold an Audit Committee meeting and regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Thursday, February 15 at 1:30 P.M at 2600 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples, Florida 34105.
The Audit Committee will review candidate proposals received by the District and select an audit firm to perform audit services for the District. The regular Board meeting will take place immediately following the adjournment of the Audit Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. A copy of the agendas may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, Real Estate Econometrics, Inc., 707 Orchid Drive, Suite 100, Naples, Florida 34102, during normal business hours.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board or the Committee with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
